Note This identification as a possible association rests in part on internal parallels within this text (ll. 8 and 25) where titles of officers are ascribed to people serving the same function Ninnos appears to serve here: receiving payment and presumably coordinating the work. Unlike in those situations, we have neither the mention of a title or of a familiar term describing the group as such (koinon, synodos). Instead, they are just referred to as the ἡλοκόποι helokopoi- which does not necessarily rule out their operation as an association either.
